We at IWDSS, are here to support individuals, to increase their independence and enjoy their life to the max, whilst offering support and guidance to their families.

The company was started by myself Donna Morley, I have over 17 years experience working with individuals with various needs, including Mental Health conditions. I have worked for many years supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

Donna Holton is our District Manager who has over 5 years experience working in a Domiciliary setting supporting the Elderly, Adults with Mental Health and Adults with Learning Disabilities. She has a level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care and working towards her level 3 Diploma in Dementia.

We also have a team of Support/ Care Workers who have experience in working with various individuals. They are all working towards their Level 2 and 3 QCF in Health and Social Care.
